The Humanities and Social Sciences Library in Georg Sverdrups hus launches their self service pickup shelf today.
The new site phdontrack.net helps PhD students with challenges they run into during their research; from mapping literature to publishing results. The site is available on both PC's and mobile phones.
Search & Write is for students who want to learn more about information gathering and academic writing, independent of subject area.
The University Library has changed opening hours in May, due to different holidays.
The University of Oslo provides some small research cubicles (klever) in Georg Sverdrups hus. They are distributed to PhD candidates without their own office, retired professors and visiting scholars at the University. Next deadline for applications is May 1st.
The porches in Georg Sverdrups hus are being renovated in April and May. The work will cause some noise in the construction period.
