Grand Opening of the Science Library!

The opening week of the new Science Library in the Vilhelm Bjerknes building will be on the 14th and 16th of March.

March 14 - Grand Opening of the Science Library

There will be celebrations from morning till night, with nitro ice-cream and science fun for the young and baroque vocal music and a Steven Pinker lecture on biology and evil for the grown-ups. Open for all.

March 16 - Students’ day

Norwegian Radio Program 2's science program "Abels tårn" will have a direct broadcast from the Science Library, with waffles and coffee for audience and guests supplied by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The Library will offer coffee and cake, topical talks, pick you own e-books and guided tours in several languages.
