Pick up your library books without standing in queue!
The Humanities and Social Sciences Library in Georg Sverdrups hus launches their self service pickup shelf today.

This means that you from now on can pick up books you have ordered and reserved on a self service shelf just outside the circulation desk. No queues! The arrangement covers our own books, and books from the other UB-branches, but not books from other libraries, journals and more special books.
You will recieve a notice, with a pickup-number, and then you will find your book on this number. So it's completely anonymous. After you have picked up the book you must borrow it on the self service machine, and then you're done!
The new arrangement started at 1100 o'clock today, so in a limited period you might have to go two places to pick up your books.
