Collections

Our collection consists mainly of curriculum books at bachelor level, along with some core literature within arts and humanities. We have reference books, atlases, dictionaries, periodicals, and CD-ROM attached to books purchased by the library. The Library provides access to all electronic resources, e-journals, and databases provided by the University of Oslo Library.

Study areas and group study rooms

The Student Library provides individual study spaces, computer workstations, wireless access with laptop connections, a quiet study zone where no laptop use is permitted, and several small group study rooms.

Printing, copying and scanning

Students at the Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of Social Sciences may print from networked printers connected to computer workstations. Our users are allowed to scan from the library books and periodicals. We have two photocopiers in the library which work on copy cards.
