Science Debate
From March 2012, the new Science Library in Vilhelm Bjerknes' hus will be a dynamic arena for debates and discussions about science and mathematics, their role in public life and their importance for societal development. But we jumped the gun in the autumn of 2010 by inviting some internationally-renowned scientists and scientific communicators to hold guest lectures and to participate in relevant debates and workshops. All ‘Science Debate’ events were arranged in partnership with Fritt Ord (The Freedom of Expression Foundation).
