Order books and articles

How to request loans and copies or reserve items that are already on loan:

Books and articles in BIBSYS Ask

• Find the book/journal in BIBSYS Ask.
• Click [order/reserve].
• Fill in Patron ID (library card ID) and surname.
• Article from journal? Fill in article information fields.
• Click [Submit order/reservation].

If you do not find the item you are looking for in BIBSYS Ask, use the link: Would you like to order a document not present in the Library Database, and fill in the blank form.
 

Articles from databases/e-journals

All databases and e-journals are available from the search box at the library homepage. Read more about how to get access from home

• Search the relevant database.
• When you have found your article, click the button (not all databases has the UBO-button).
• If the University Library has the journal in electronic version, you will have access to the article.
• If not, choose [order document] and fill in Patron ID (library card ID ) and surname.
• Click [Submit order].

Do you need printouts from our e-resourses or photo copies from our collections? Kindly process them yourself without sending a request.
