14:00 Dealing with stress during the PhD
Stress is such a common feeling among PhD students that it often seems as an inevitable, inescapable and necessary part of the process. While some degree of stress is perhaps inevitable (and even useful), it can easily become overwhelming; affecting not only your ability to do the work but also your general health and well being. So how can you avoid that overwhelming stress? And what can you do to escape it?
