Introduction to EndNote for employees and PhD students at MN

Learning outcomes

After completing the course you will be able to:

• import references from literature databases to your personal library in EndNote
• use references from EndNote in Microsoft Word
• compile a reference list from the references in a Word-document
• use EndNote for inserting tables and figures in a Word-document
• cooperate with your co-authors and share a Word-document with references in EndNote

Working methods

Demonstrations and supervised exersices on PC.

 

Target group

Employees and PhD-students at The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

The course will be open for employees from other faculties if space permits.

The course will be held in Norwegian, or in English if required.
