Human rights (HUMR 5191) - Exploring human rights sources and using them in a thesis – Master 2nd term
Master students in Theory and practice of human rights are introduced to strategies for literature and document search and to central human rights sources for their thesis. In addition, academic principles related to citing and plagiarism will be presented.
Learning outcomes
You will learn which sources are reliable and relevant when performing literature search in human rights topics. You will also learn how to use relevant databases. Finally, you will be introduced to principles for citing and how to avoid plagiarism in your academic work.
Working methods
The instruction consists of lecture and practice with online training (4 hours)..
