World Bank eLibrary
Contains about 6000 books and reports from the World Bank.

RePEc IDEAS
Probably the biggest bibliographical database in economics with links to full text.

Almost all books, journals, reports and statistics from OECD.

SciVerse
Contains Elseviers' journal database Sciencedirect and the citation database Scopus.
