The Medical Library at Rikshospitalet, Ullevål Hospital, The Norwegian Radium Hospital and the Dentistry Library will open its doors again from Monday, August 10 2020. Hooray!
The Humanities and Social Sciences Library in Georg Sverdrups hus is open. The other libraries keep their take away library open, but with reduced opening hours. We are planning to run as normal, with normal opening hours for all our libraries, from 10 August, provided the situation allows for this.

The Academic Writing Centre is a consultation service for students and faculty at the UiO. Although the campus is closed, the centre is open online for all inquiries about the study situation in general and essay writing in particular.
The week after Easter, the University Library will open a limited service for collecting highly needed material from our printed collections. The journal packages from PsycARTICLES and the ProQuest Health Research Premium Collection are no longer available after March 1, 2020. At UiO and OUS, we have had access to these journal packages through "Helsebiblioteket". Update as of March 23: The library has now set up the Get It Now service to access articles.
Finally there is an IT-helpdesk at the Medical Library at Rikshospitalet. IT-help will be available Mondays between 09-12, and Tuesdays between 14-16.
