Get to know the new IT-helpdesk

Finally there is an IT-helpdesk at the Medical Library at Rikshospitalet. IT-help will be available Mondays between 09-12, and Tuesdays between 14-16.

The answer to your IT-problems

The IT-helpdesk will answer questions regarding the IT-services at UiO, and help with problems you might encounter. They know their stuff, so don't hesitate to ask.

My name is Kristine, and I'm currently in my first year of studies towards a bachelor's in robotics and intelligent systems. I worked for Student-IT at the Science Library last semester, but this semester I will be at Rikshospitalet.

I can help you with: 

  • Username and password
  • Issues with your UiO-account
  • Wifi
  • Installing software
  • Printing and scanning of documents

You will meet Kristine on Mondays between 09-15.

My name is Joanna, and I'm currently in my last year of studies towards a bachelor's in language technology. I will begin on my master's after the summer. I am working as a consultant at the Science Library, and I will also be at the Medical Library once a week. 

I can help you with:

  • Technical issues
  • Wifi
  • Printing/scanning
  • Username and password
  • Remote login
  • Installing software.

You will meet Joanna on Tuesdays between 14-16.
