The University of Oslo LIbrary is committed to privacy and to complying with the current privacy regulations for newsletters. We have updated our routines to comply with the new privacy regulations.
The University of Oslo Library distributes three different newletters, from the Humanities and Social Sciences Library, the Medical Library and the Science Library. See information below on how to unsubscribe or contact us.

MailChimp has also signed a data processing agreement with the University of Oslo when it comes to the processing of personal data. MailChimp only processes the e-mail addresses of those who subscribe to our newsletter, and the purpose of the processing is to send you the newsletter.

Filing a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (DPA)
You can file a complaint with the DPA if you believe that your privacy is being violated.

We will not use your e-mail address for other e-mail lists.
If this becomes necessary, we will contact you to ask for your consent to add your e-mail address to a new list before doing so.
