In this one hour course we will introduce data management plans to you, discuss why having a data management plan can be useful, before we take a look at the UiO draft template.
We will wrap up with a question and answer session where you will be able to ask us any questions you have about data management planning!

Early career researchers from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences
Learning Objectives
After the workshop, you:
- are familiar with the concept of the data management plan
- know UiO requirements for data management planning
- know how to create a data management plan for your project(s)
- have started planning your data management planning future
The course will take place on Zoom and is delivered by The University of Oslo Library – as part of the Skills Development Project for data management funded by the Advisory council for e-infrastrukture
