Theory and Practice of Human Rights: Introduction to the library for MA-students 1st term

The course offers information about how to use the NCHR library and how to search for literature.


What will you learn?

After the course you will be familiar with:

• how to search for a book in ORIA and how to find it in the library shelves
• other useful databases for literature searches
• the procedures and regulations for borrowing, ordering and reserving books
• how to access the University Library data bases at campus and from home
• information competence

Course contents


Target group

The course is arranged for first term master students at Theory and Practice of Human Rights.
This is the first of two library courses. The next course is offered in the 2nd term, and relates to the master thesis.
