The Research Bazaar is a worldwide festival promoting the digital literacy emerging at the center of modern research. At UiO you will be able to attend workshops on: collaboration with Github, Zotero, Big Data (pyspark), LaTex and much more, more workshops will be added as they are confirmed. It is also free to join the Women in Data Science conference on the evening of Friday 3rd. In addition, there will be presentations and stands in the foyer of Vilhelm Bjerknes hus (the Science Library).

The Research Bazaar is an international event taking place during the month of February 2017, events will be held at a number of university campuses around the globe. The aim of these events is to equip researchers from all career stages with the digital skills and tools required to do their research better, faster and smarter. A unique blend of academic and social life, ResBaz is an event unlike any academic conference you've ever been to.
