Collections

The theological collections concists of more than 120.000 volumes, half of them located in the Theological Library, and the other half in the Humanities and Social Sciences Library in Georg Sverdrups hus.

The collections in the Theological Library consists of all theological disciplines, new literature with biblical studies and systematic theology, most of the printed journals, literature on the syllabus, and student thesis from the Faculty of Theology. The collections are organized by a local system. The collections in the Humanities and Social Sciences Library in Georg Sverdrups hus are the new literature in church history as well as older theological literature. The open collections are organized by Dewey.
