Workshop description

If you are currently writing a doctoral dissertation and experience writer’s block, we invite you to a series of three 2-hour workshops based on art therapy methods that can help you move on with your writing. This practical workshop series targets difficult feelings and thought patterns often experienced when writing a thesis. The goal is to help you gain insights into what hinders you writing your dissertation, and develop supportive strategies that will help you navigate through that process.

Preparations

There is no preparation or skills required prior to the workshop.

About the workshops

The workshops are based on art therapy methods, but are not a replacement to personal therapy.
