The material you are looking for is kept at the service desk or has been temporarily relocated as part of an exhibition.

It is available for loan, but you will need to ask at the service desk so that we can retrieve it for you.

If the item is a document rather than equipment for one-day loan, you can request it in Oria. You will receive an email or SMS when the material is ready for pickup.
