- Students and external users cannot order books and periodicals that are available on open shelves, but must collect these themselves.
- External users cannot order books from other libraries.
- If the book is available online, it is not possible to order a print edition from another library.
- It is not possible to order books that are only available for one-day loan or are part of reference collections that are not for loan.
