Other Staff, Students, and Externals
- Textbooks for higher education and subject-specific professional literature published in the last 20 years will no longer be available to this group. See more information from the National Library (in Norwegian).
- How to Get Access:
1. Log into the Online Library with Feide ID or with ID-porten.
2. After logging in, you will be directed to the application form for access.
3. The National Library processes applications continuously Monday–Friday 09–19 and Saturday 10–15. Note that applications are no longer approved locally at UiO.
4. You will receive a confirmation email when access is granted. Access lasts for 8 hours and covers most deposited books, journals, and newspapers in the online library with a single application.
Access to legally deposited material in the higher education sector
